Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Adperical("Storeza", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Storeza at storeza.ai and the stores built on it. We collect only what we need to run the service.

Who this applies to

• Merchants — people who create and run a store on Storeza.
• Shoppers — people who visit a Storeza store and place orders.

Information we collect

• Merchant account data: name, email, phone, and login credentials.
• Store & product data: the store details, products, prices, images, and categories merchants create.
• Order & customer data: when a shopper places an order, the store collects the shopper's name, phone, and delivery details. This belongs to the merchant; Storeza processes it on the merchant's behalf.
• Storefront analytics: anonymous visit, product-view, add-to-cart, and order events (via a per-browser session id) so merchants can see store performance.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and device/browser information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To provide and operate stores, process orders, and show merchants their analytics.
• To generate store designs, copy, and images using AI from materials the merchant provides.
• To make published stores and public products discoverable by search engines and AI assistants (sitemaps, structured data, feeds) — controllable in store settings.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We use trusted providers to run Storeza. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — AI generation of store content and images.
• Advertising pixels (optional):if a merchant enables Meta, Google, or TikTok pixels for their store, those providers receive storefront activity to support the merchant's own advertising. This is off unless the merchant turns it on.

Payments

Stores currently use cash on delivery, and orders are typically confirmed over WhatsApp between the shopper and the merchant. Storeza does not process card payments and does not store payment-card data.

Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies for login sessions and a local session identifier for storefront analytics and the shopping cart. Optional advertising pixels (above) may set their own cookies when a merchant enables them.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above, with the merchant whose store collected it, and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep data while an account or store is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Merchants can delete products and stores; deleted content is removed from public surfaces such as sitemaps and feeds.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@storeza.ai. Shoppers should contact the store they ordered from for order-specific data; we will assist the merchant where needed.

Children

Storeza is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
