Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Storeza, the AI store-builder platform operated by Adperical("Storeza", "we", "us"), available at storeza.ai and its store subdomains. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Storeza lets merchants create online storefronts, list products, and receive orders. Each store is published on its own subdomain ({store}.storeza.ai). We provide the software and hosting; merchants are responsible for their own stores, products, pricing, fulfilment, and customer service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to sell the products you list.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• You are the seller of record for your store. You set prices, accept orders, take payment (e.g. cash on delivery), and deliver products.
• You must accurately describe your products, availability, delivery terms, and prices.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your business, including consumer-protection, tax, and product-safety rules.
• You handle your customers' orders, refunds, returns, and disputes. Storeza is not a party to the sale between you and your customer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Storeza to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods or services.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or remove stores, products, or accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-generated content

Storeza uses AI to help generate store designs, copy, and images from the materials you provide. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and for ensuring you have the rights to any images, text, or brand assets you upload. AI output may contain errors — review it for accuracy.

6. Plans, fees, and free tier

Storeza currently offers a free plan with limits (such as a maximum number of products). We may introduce paid plans or change limits in the future; we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload (logos, product photos, descriptions). You grant Storeza a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate and promote the service, including generating sitemaps and machine-readable data so your store can be discovered by search engines and AI assistants. Storeza and its software, design, and trademarks remain our property.

8. Discoverability

By default, published stores and their public products may be included in sitemaps, structured data, and AI-readable feeds so they can be found by search engines and AI assistants. You can control this from your store's discovery settings.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Storeza available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storeza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. We are not responsible for transactions, disputes, or losses arising between merchants and their customers.

11. Termination

You may stop using Storeza and delete your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we are required to remove by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
